GINGER OIL

Ingredients / Supplies:

  • 100 ml olive oil (0.50$)

  • 50 g fresh ginger (1$)

  • grater

  • small glass bottle for filling

price: 1.50$




Preparation:

  1. Peel and grate ginger

  2. Add 100 ml olive oil to the grated mixture; mix it in a pot

  3. Heat the pot in the stove for about two hours at 60°C degrees.

  4. Let the oil cool down a little before passing it through a sieve in a glass bottle

  5. Let the formula rest for two weeks before further processing


Effect:


- stimulates blood circulation, has a muscle warming and relaxing effect (can also be used as a compress)
