Ingredients:
piece of turmeric root or 1 tsp turmeric powder (0.20$)
piece of fresh ginger or 1/2 tsp ginger powder (0.20$)
300ml milk (alternatively: plant based milk) (0.30$)
pinch of cinnamon
pinch of pepper
1 tsp honey (0.05$)

Preparation:
peel and grate ginger, turmeric
boil 120ml water in the pot; add grated ingredients; wait 10 minutes until it's mushy
heat 300ml milk in another pot; add mash and stir in
spice up with cinnamon and pepper; add honey for sweetness
