HORSERADISH SOUP

Ingredients (4 portions):

  • one raw potato (0.30$)

  • 1 l meat or vegetable stock (1$)

  • 200 g fresh horseradish (1$)

  • 2 tsp horseradish dill mustard (0.30$)

  • 2 tsp herb mustard (0.20$)

  • 200 g sour cream (1$)

price: 3.80$






Preparation:

  1. Peel potatoes; grate in heated bouillon; boil briefly

  2. Wash, peel and grate horseradish

  3. Add horseradish dill mustard, herb mustard, sour cream and horseradish to non-boiling bouillon

  4. purée with a hand blender
