Ingredients:
2 tbsp dried sage (0.05$)
100g sugar (0.18$)
2 tbsp water
1 tbsp honey (0.05$)
1 tbsp lemon juice
some icing sugar
price: approximately 0.30$
Preparation:
chop sage leaves finely
measure honey and sugar
boil sugar and water at low heat; toss back and forth; remove pan from heat when sugar begins to brown
stir in sage leaves, lemon juice and honey and place on a stovetop until viscous
drop the mixture onto baking paper; as soon as the sweets have cooled down: remove from the paper and dust with icing sugar
